Caleb Kierspe

Caleb Kierspe is a Vice President in the Construction Division for Evan James & Associates.  He brings a rare operator-first perspective to real estate lending.  A graduate of Furman University with a degree in Business, Caleb built his foundation in entrepreneurship and financial strategy before spending more than twelve years in the contracting world, starting as a canvasser and working up through the ranks from project manager, sales manager, marketing manager, division president, to equity partner to help scale multiple companies into eight figure revenue. That experience shaped the way he approaches lending today.

Having worked hands-on in construction, Caleb understands what small to mid-sized builders face every day—tight timelines, cash flow pressure, draw delays, rising material costs, subcontractor management, and the constant need to keep projects moving. He knows firsthand that most financing programs are designed by bankers who have never stepped foot on a job site.

That is why his focus is simple: help builders scale.

Caleb specializes in structuring intelligent capital solutions for ground-up residential construction, urban infill projects, and strategic growth portfolios. He works closely with builders to optimize leverage, streamline draw processes, reduce friction in underwriting, and position projects for long-term profitability—not just short-term closings.

His mission is to give capable builders access to the kind of capital structure that allows them to:

  • Take down more lots

  • Build more units simultaneously

  • Preserve liquidity

  • Improve margins

  • Transition from project-based income to scalable operations

Caleb believes great builders should not be limited by poor financing. His goal is to be a strategic capital partner; helping construction professionals move from surviving project to project to building sustainable, high-growth businesses.
