Mr. Jeremy Sisson, MBA is the Chief Executive Officer of Evan James & Associates, which is an award-winning, full-service, commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Central Florida.  As the Chief Executive Officer he is in charge of the brokerages vision, its long-term business strategy, growth, success and has been party to hundreds of transactions in his almost twenty year career.

He’s also a principal partner in the upcoming 1.1 billion dollar, LEED certified, Vertical Medical City project located in Downtown Orlando.  When completed this two million square foot project will be home to the largest single-location senior housing facility in the United States with over 1,200 beds.  It will also have 500,000 square feet of professional medical and office space and be the home to world-class medical research and development facilities.

While he has built a reputation as a respected and honorable business executive, he has also spent the last twenty years as a perennial and passionate public servant for those in need throughout the Central Florida community.  He was recently featured in the June 2018 issue of the Orlando Family Magazine as a 2018 Man of the Year.  He and fourteen other influential businessmen in Central Florida were spotlighted for the impact they are each making within the community.

He’s currently the Chairman of the Board of Director’s for the Guys with Ties Philanthropy.  They are a group of professional business executives who host fun-filled, themed events and give the proceeds back to charity.  To date, their non-profit has raised over 650k for over 55+ local non-profits and has poured in several thousand volunteer hours back into the community.  For his efforts as the Guys with Ties Board President last year, his fellow members awarded him with the 2017 Board Member of the Year Award.  The Guys with Ties were awarded the 2018 YMCA of Central Florida Volunteerism Award and they were also awarded the 2017 Amy Van Bergen Generosity Award.

He is also a member for Entrepreneur Academy Advisory Council for the Down syndrome Association of Central Florida.  He’s also a personal Mentor to one of their program CEO’s and will be a featured guest speaker at their next upcoming CEO cohort bootcamp.  This academy is an entrepreneurship program that gives individuals with Down syndrome a path towards productive adulthood financial independence by empowering them with the education and skills training to start their own businesses. This life-changing program is the first of its kind in the United States for people with Down syndrome and sets a new standard for how communities can and should empower individuals with disabilities.

He is also an active Board Member with the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses (FAVOB) organization and is the assistant event chair for their Veteran’s Day event.  He was also recently chosen to be a Mentor for the 2018 and 2019 mentor leadership program sponsored through the Camaraderie Foundation.  This program assists transitioning military service members to prepare for a career in the local community by offering the opportunity to build peer support, friendships, and guidance to help them become successful in their community.
